Try telling the time in Māori for each one listed above.

mai i te = in the hour
ki te = heading to the next hour
AM = Ata mārie
PM = Po mārie

This is great game for a brain break to have instant recall of whakarite, karo and puu.

Rules:
1.  You must always load up before you can fire.
2.  Slap hands agains legs then load up.
3.  Slap hands against legs the select karo or puu - who is the winner?
3.  Slap hands then either block or load up again.
